I was greeted and helped right away. I was sent to the exam room at the same time my appointment was. Doctor Reese answered all my questions, examined me and made me feel heard. She explained everything to me. Her assistant was friendly and helpful. It was a good, stress-free experience. I recommend this office and doctor.

This place is top notch customer service. They originally didn't get the full referral from my dermatologist, but followed up.timely and made sure to get pre-approval from both of my insurance companies for Mohs procedure. When I got to the clinic, everyone was friendly, calm and kind. The surgeon and her team were nothing short of lovely and amazing all around. What a great team!!

I had scheduled myself for yearly visits with a PA-C and during the last visit she took a shallow slice from near my lower right lip and had that slice biopsied. The biopsy came back positive and I waited for only a couple of days for the surgical team to get back to me with an appointment. The process was completed in the office in a very nice and comfortable room and only took an hour or two. Staff were quite pleasant and, once done, I was provided with care instructions and a teturn date to remove the stitches. The entire procedure was fast and painless.

It was awesome. So kind and respectful. I was nervous but after meeting everyone I felt comfortable and so pleased with everyone. Dr was awesome.

It's always a pleasure to see the ladies at the Dermatology Institute. No one matches their professionalism and kindness. Patients seldom feel more vulnerable than when having their bodies meticulously checked for aberrations, yet the staff at the Institute make them feel both heard and cared for without making them uncomfortable.
