I’m not one to typically write reviews however, my last encounter with the owner, Diana was something I could not ignore. I’ve been going to Sandage for about 6 months. When I first started going there, I was quite pleased at how nice and clean the place was. The reason I tried here was they were offering deals on skin services which was affordable. My main reason for treatment was broken blood vessels on my face, Diana said the IPL would take care of it. Having had IPL before I knew what to expect, the two first visits they use lidocaine on my face which I first questioned because I had never had lidocaine before. On my 3rd visit there Diana said that the rep told them not to use lidocaine because it blocks effectiveness of results. Treatments 3-6 I had informed Renea at every visit that I didn’t feel the treatments were helping blood vessels. She basically shrugged her shoulders and offered no solutions, she said she would run it by the owner Diana, but never did. I decided to book one more treatment with Diana to discuss the IPL not helping after 5 or 6 treatments. She took pictures that day, which was early September to compare to my pictures from February. She had made comments that it looks like you’ve been in sun, which was appropriate for coming out of the summer. She said my brown spots were better, which wasn’t my concern for starting treatment in first place. Diana decided to do a spot treatment on my face that day. After the spot treatment, I received no follow up care or instructions on what to expect just like I hadn’t with the IPL’s. My face bubbled and peeled, and now has left me with white patches on my face, which is why I reached out to Diana. I wanted to discuss frustrations of 6 months of treatments and still no resolution. Diana never acknowledged my concerns of white patches on face. Diana offered for me to come in and compare the pictures which I told her wasn’t going to change anything as we’d already discussed the pictures at the last visit and wasn’t sure what was going to change at this point. After reaching out to her with two emails and pictures, this is when Diana became very mean via email. She accused me of being mad for not hiring me and hiring another nurse, which by the way the nurse had started before I had started treatments in February. I also never had applied for a job there so this statement untrue. She then went on to say that they were warned about me from other spas and salons that I would do exactly what I did and complain. I had to kindly remind Diana I had never been to any other salon or spa except for the spa that I was currently treating at with my Botox and fillers and was very happy with. In her next email she said that she actually received a call after my first treatment and said that person said not so many nice things about me. I questioned what she was even talking about at this point as no one knew I was going there for treatments, how could someone just randomly reach out and tell her about me. I just could not wrap my head around how unprofessional she became and accusing me of bad complaints of spas, and salons that didn’t hire me which by the way have never applied anywhere. I had simply reached out to Diana because I thought we had a good relationship and could let her know my frustration of no change in broken blood vessels. She then stated that all the discharge instructions were in an email that I signed off on which clearly, I have not received anything from her. The only email I’ve ever received was pre-procedure paperwork to sign, never anything post procedure. I also confirmed this with my boyfriend as he too had 6 treatments there with no change. I just could not believe her accusations, unprofessionalism, and most of all the way she handled the situation. I have never had this problem with anyone in my entire life in this line of work. The fact that she accused me of being mad for a position I never applied for and also being warned about me from people that never knew I went there really showed her true color. See emails
I finally found a place that makes me feel like they are truly listening to MY needs! The Owner Diane is extremely personable she makes me feel appreciated and welcome. She asks what I am looking to do and guides me through the options available, there are a lot of options to choose from. The prices are fair and services are not rushed. I have gone to many places for services and none have compared to SansAge!
I love it here! These ladies are very educated and experienced with what they have to offer. I feel like a different woman these days! Amazing all around. My weekly visits have become a part of life and it’s the best investment I have ever done for myself. Thank you SansAge and a very Happy New Year to all of you!! ❤️
Both Diana and Renee are extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming. The facility is open, spacious, very clean, and inviting. The membership program is awesome!! The range of services provided is perfect. I have all good things to say and highly recommend SansAge to everyone!!!
Update!!! Went in for an eyelash curl...thank you great job! Renee❤️❤️ Renee did a hydro facial yesterday that was incredible, thank you Renee! Very relaxing, and comfortable, there is an elevator for people who need wheelchair access. The experience is warm and wonderful my skin felt wonderful afterwards, thank you SansAge!
