I appreciate the Dover Office as it is a nice location. Naomi was an excellent assistant to Evelyn Stein. They were both excellent at reviewing my current concerns and reviewing my history with NEDA treatment. Evelyn is always thorough and very knowledgeable about skin conditions.

I was referred to NEDA in Dover by my PCP in August 2024 for a skin check as I am considered high risk because skin cancer runs in my family. The scheduling process was fine- the person who called me was friendly and got me in within what I considered a reasonable amount of time, but the actual office seems like they don’t communicate with the scheduling department as far as referrals getting scanned into your chart. They couldn’t locate mine and I had to have my PCP office call the day of my appointment saying they sent it for the NEDA dover staff to find it and not force me to sign a financial waiver. Once I was seen by the provider, I felt like she rushed through my skin check and didn’t check everything. I saw my PCP again for a physical in December 2024, and she agreed and suggested I get a second opinion from another dermatologist. I was seen in February 2025 for a second opinion skin check, and they removed 2 moles from my back. The biopsy revealed that one of the moles was pre cancerous and I needed to have another procedure in March 2025 to remove the mole completely. I am thankful I trusted my gut on this one, but I urge others needing skin checks to go anywhere but NEDA.

The PA who gave me a skin check yesterday was pleasant, thorough, informative and professional. By the end of the appointment, I was confident that all my concerns and questions had been addressed.

I had a 15 minute wait from arrival to be taken to a room and another 15 for the Nurse Practitioner/PA Evelyn. She was personable and took her time with the skin check. There was some friendly chat and she answered questions and explained things thoroughly. She froze many spots. I did not feel rushed. Pleased with my appointment.

My whole experience was wonderful. I felt heard and seen. A great treatment plan was put into place. Excellent patient services. Evelyn Stein is fantastic!!
