Dr. Higney's practice is a 5 star through and through. I am so grateful to have Dr. Higney as my wellness practioner, she changed my life! . I was feeling run down, headaches, dry eyes, not sleeping well and continously gaining weight regardless of calorie deficit diets and running 6 days a week . I also had the start of high blood pressure. A nutrition plan customized to my body needs without counting calories, natural whole supplements and life style changes and wow! Now I sleep the night away, no more morning headaches, no hot flashes, blood pressure lowered, I am refreshed , calm, mind is clear and focused and lost 24lbs as the added benefit. I look and feel great! This girl got to eat lots a great fats and walk instead of run. Ultimately I feel the best I ever have in 10 years. Ty Dr. Higney! you are simply the best at what you do.

I am so appreciative for the work Dr. Higney does. Prior to starting treatment I was exhausted, not sleeping well and having a difficult time getting through a workout without feeling dizzy and out of breath. We worked on detoxing so my body could absorb the good fats and she recommended supplements to help support my heart, digestion and sleep. So happy to be feeling so much better.

Prior to my meeting Dr. Higney I had come to the conclusion that the horrible way I was feeling would remain with me throughout the remainder of my life. I felt rundown and exhausted by simple tasks, I was suffering from bouts of recollection problems and general confusion issues; along with phantom pains, and a very low white blood cell count. I had seen specialists who tried to help, but had basically told me that the body is a mystery and that they would recommend medications to eliminate my symptoms. I did not want to take medications for the rest of my life and I just wanted to feel like my former happy, energized self. This is where Dr. Higney came in. Dr. Higney took the time to look for a root cause to my ailments and worked with me to start a program with the goal of returning me to my former self. Well I’m a little over two month into the journey and I feel like the person I could barley remember. My recollection problems are gone, my pain has subsided, my white blood cell count has risen to a normal level, and I feel energized and excited again!! Every time I see Dr. Higney I thank her for all of her help and I recommend her to everyone I know. She and her assistant Kate are a joy to be around and I’m thankful every day that I gave into my wife, who had also been seeing Dr. Higney, and who was very persistent that I see her as well. I rarely leave reviews and I completely stand behind this 5 star review which I felt compelled to leave.

After having my ivf baby I was feeling awful. I thought it was just having a baby but turns out I got diagnosed with Hashimotos and Fibromialga. I was left feeling hope less and that I was going to feel awful for the rest of my life. I started seeing Dr. Higney and my life has changed. I went from having many days where I would wake up feeling like I got hit by a bus to having a hard time recalling the last day I felt like that. I have my energy back and feel great. Over the past couple of years I noticed that I wasn't really digesting my food properly and realized at almost 60 years old, I still didn't really know how to eat in a healthy way for my body. There are so many "diets" out there and I just didn't know where or how to proceed. And my bouncing between things was only causing problems. I started seeing Dr. Higney about 3 months ago and I am feeling my body come back to a healthy state, I am making progress on how/what I eat.
