Family has been coming here for years closest doctor around, same pain for years hundreds of test was told in the end was finally going to be referred out because doctor is lost for diagnosing. Told us to SEEK A PSYCHIATRIST. First visit with Dartmouth Leb, accidental finding of all the issues he’s been having. Come to find out it was in the chart from last year. So this was discovered already, and doctor didn’t act just said we didn’t find anything. GO ELSEWHERE.

Internal medical should shut down this has to be the worst Dr office I have been with. I've been here for 11/2 years and only got to see the Dr 2 times . And having diabetes depression and a lot more issues. To get a script refill your better off just sitting waiting for the lottery. Save your time find a different Dr. I go to the urologist he is awesome

I've been taking my kids here for 24 years and I've been going even longer. Although there have been times the wait was up to 20 minutes, we generally haven't waited more than 5 minutes past a scheduled time. The doctors and nurses have been knowledgeable and courteous. The care has been great! My greatest concern is that the pediatrics office has been moved out of town. This is an inconvenience for me but a real hardship for parents with special needs children and parents who don't have reliable transportation.

Not sure if anyone there is working the phones - I called 3 or 4 times over a 2 week span, leaving a message every time (with my name, DOB, number, and the info I needed), but I never received either a call or email back. Luckily I wasn’t in dire need of help, and I was able to get the information I needed elsewhere, but the inability to contact me back was really surprising and frankly, very annoying.

Staff are friendly. Authorization for prescription was delayed 4 days beyond expiration. This customer was unhappy to say the least.
