I would like to comment that I have always had wonderful service and have been treated amazingly for several years at InSparation's. I finally found one place to get my nails done wonderfully and for all my hair and skin needs. I get compliments all the time on my hair. Julie not only matches my color to my skin tone but my personality. She is always willing to try something and I trust her and it is always great! Alicia is amazing, too. She takes care of my nails making my hands and my nails happy and healthy. Also a must try is the perm and lash tint!!! Oh my goodness the compliments! I recommend you book a service TODAY.

I made an appointment for the other day to get a haircut. It was my first time coming to this salon. I had been trying to make an appointment with another local salon for 6+months and was getting no where. When I decided to try Inspirations, their reviews looked good and loved that they were local. I had made an appointment via Google initially (slight social anxiety here) and it was easy. I had to cancel my appointment due to work and called to change it. I was able to make it for the day and time I wanted! Alicia was wonderful! For my first time, she didn't ask too many questions or talk to much (again slight social anxiety- first time meeting people is awkward for me), she listened to my requests and how I style my hair. She worked with me on making the bottom even, giving me all the layers I wanted and thinning out my thick hair to allow for lightness and movement. She gave me the exact haircut I had wanted. The price was perfect and I love that they use my favorite hair products-Living Proof! Nice to know I don't have to travel far now to get them! I will be back and I will recommend this salon to all my local friends. Thank you!

I absolutely recommend this salon!!! I called at the last minute to make appointments for haircuts/styling for myself and my sister and they were able to fit us in immediately the same day. The owner and staff were simply incredible. They were very friendly and professional and the salon itself is beautiful and spacious and is very well kept. The owner cut and styled both of our hair and her skills and attention to detail were simply amazing. She was very attentive in trying to achieve exactly what we wanted. The end results came out beautifully. We are both extremely happy with our haircuts. She also waxed my eyebrows which came out nicely. I was quite surprised by how reasonable their prices for everything are as I have paid much more for a lesser quality haircut. I will definitely be going back to this place!

Do not go here!!!! I never leave reviews anywhere, this is the first review I have ever done because of how bad my experience was. I got my hair dyed here a couple weeks ago. I inserted pictures here, one is the photo I showed Alicia and said this is exactly what I want. The other two is how my hair turned out. I informed her that I had 8 month old, faded dark hair color in my hair from a previous salon I went to, it was not box dye. As I was sitting in the chair while my hair was being styled, it looked ok, still not what I wanted at all, but it looked ok. Alicia told me “It looks so close to the picture” And I believed her. I paid the $240, and left. When I got home and looked at my hair in natural light, I was shocked. My hair was completely fried. The highlights were completely orange, chunky, streaky, and looked nothing like the picture I showed. (The pictures inserted down below do not do it justice). I tried to call right away but they closed. I called again their next business day, and was told Julie would call me. I waited two days and called again to be told Julie was on vacation and to call again tomorrow. I called for a third time asking to speak with her, to be told she was with a client and she would call me back. Out of all these times, no one called me back. I called for the fourth time, only to be told “I spoke to Julie, and she does not think a refund is appropriate”. Well, my whole experience and the amount of money I paid for what I got is definitely not appropriate. I got my hair redone at a different salon, and my experience there was wonderful. The hair dresser was appalled they let me leave Inspirations the way I did. To not even receive a partial refund is completely unacceptable/unprofessional as well as not even receive an apology. Smh…

Alicia cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I absolutely love it and the highlights she did. Told me about their website and the products that she used. She followed all prodicals as far as Covid is concerned. Listened to the way I would like my haircut and colored. Very good experience. I will definitely be going back to her.
