Dermatology & Skin Health - Londonderry

I visited the Londonderry location for the first time. The facility is pristine, the customer services was above exceptional and Nathan Hand was and excellent PA! I went in for my first freckle check. Nathan was thorough and I gotta clean bill of health! My boyfriend was with me and after my appointment was over he made an appointment to get his freckles checked. I highly recommend DSH

Check in was quick. The Dr and staff were very professional. They made me feel comfortable and I felt very confident in their knowledge. Will continue to use this office for all my dermatology needs. Very pleased!!!

Felt extremely dismissed. Waste of money and time. They saw me for a min and didn’t even truly evaluate what is going on. Will NEVER go back there. Felt like I was wasting their time despite me paying for theirs… please don’t go here if you care about long term solutions. They seem to only want to mask what is going on so you keep coming back. This is like the fast food of dermatology. Getting patients in and out fast as possible and keep them coming back for life. SCAM!

We have seen Rachel York. Have for years. My husband Luc is also a patient. She is very kind, professional and caring. We wouldn’t go to anyone else.

When I walked in to check in I had to wait my turn and when it was my turn they were very pleasant. How may I help you? What is your name and then I sat down waited for Rachel to come out. My checkup was very pleasant. She listened very intently. She was very happy, she introduced herself.
