I’ve had the pleasure of getting pampered here a few times and always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I love this spa so much I decided to organize a girls day for 6 of my closet friends and I. Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. We had our own private lounge room and a nice spread of snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the day. They even provided us with our own bathrobe and slippers. We all enjoyed our spa day so much we want to return next year and make it a tradition. I will, however be back sooner than that! Self care is crucial in my life as a mother and business owner. I am so grateful we have such an outstanding and upscale spa right here in Meredith!

Came for a float and a deep tissue massage. What a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Will be back monthly for a massage. MacKenzie is in the right career. Perfect amount of pressure and gentleness. Handled my body with great care and made sure to check for my sensitivities in product ingredients. She found the stress in my body and was able to alleviate it completely. 11/10. Thank you MacKenzie. Definitely recommend pairing a float with a massage and sitting on the porch in between. So peaceful!

I love Meredith Whole Living Center! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The spa is very clean and cozy. I have done several float sessions and have had facials. Brianna is excellent for facials! I highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous experience this morning. I was a bit nervous trying a new place, but the ladies at the front end were so nice and my massage therapist was amazing. She was calm, relaxing and put me at ease, worked the areas I requested and was having trouble with and made the experience enjoyable. She talked enough to explain what was going on with my muscles and how she was working them but she kept it short and simple so it didn't interfere with the massage. She offered advice and suggestions for pain relief at home as well. Thank you Donna for a great massage!
