someone i know called this office because this is a tricare preferred office. Tried making an appt for someone who had tricare and they stated they will not see this person since they have a problem with billing and tricare / they don't get paid. They said if this person wanted to call tricare and tell them they weren't getting paid they could. THAT IS NOT THE PATIENTS PROBLEM! THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. Now the patient has to travel over 30 minutes away to another provider who takes tricare because they are too lazy to fix their issues with an insurance company. The only reason i gave one star because you can't leave 0.

I have been a patient of Dr Frank and Rebecca for several years. I went there originally because they were able to get in me fast as a new patient and since then I have been a regular patient. The office staff are very personable and I have had nothing but good experiences at the office and with treatment.

No referral needed from my primary doctor, called office and they scheduled an appointment for me the very next day ! Very professional and caring staff. Highly recommend.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I saw the P.A. Rebecca, who was just great. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
