Lamprey Health Care

I recently returned to Lamprey Health Care for my primary care doctor since my doctor left Core Physicians. I am now seeing Heidi Crusberg, MD. I am very satisfied with the care I have received. and impressed with her attention to my health care and concerns. She answered all of my questions, and I never felt like she was eager to end my appointment. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was almost immediately taken to be seen. I highly recommend Lamprey for your health care needs.

I’ve been using Lamprey HC for over 20 years. A really caring and helpful staff and medical personnel. Everyone tries to do their best ! HOWEVER, some gremlin got into my ability o communicate on line!It hasn’t worked for two months! Doc mentioned she had sent a report to me. Nice, but I cannot bring it up. Everything was working just fine until it wasn’t. I cannot communicate on web site as I should be able to !

I have been going here for my care for about half a year now. You can make a next day appointment, which is great! My doctor, Casey Brighton, always addresses my concerns and listens to what I have to say. She is the best PCP I have ever had. All the staff there is really nice and makes me feel comfortable to be myself (I am nonbinary). The only problem I have is that they will always lose your paperwork and have trouble sending your papers for a referral, but it always works out, even if it is annoying.

Lamprey Health Care is the best. I can't say enough about the services and the dedication of my PCP with Lamprey. I would highly recommend checking out Lamprey Health Care if you're looking to move on from your current PCP or Health Care Facility. FIVE STARS!!! I've spent several years bouncing between Core Physicians Doctors and less than personal professional care. Many Dr's I had left Core and Exeter Hospital, and another who made a miss - diagnoses that triggered several issues with my Workers Compensation Case, dragging it on another three years.

I love my physician, Dr. Crusberg. She is the kindest, most attentive doctor I have ever had. She takes time to answer my questions and is helping me work through a difficult diagnosis with some alternative treatments and compassionate care. I have been able to navigate through my grief.
