I was searching for a medspa in plaistow and found Heather while driving by. I was concerned about the lines on my forehead and lips. To be quite honest, i wasn’t sure if I needed Botox, fillers or a facelift. I had a lot of things I wanted fixed. Heather took her time to educate me on various treatments she can offer but suggested we try one thing to start since I was nervous. I was surprised that she didn’t try to sell me on all these different services but was instead honest and not “salesy” . She was very knowledgeable and has such a sweet welcoming presence.
