Lauren is personable, detail-oriented and skilled at what she does. I had had laser hair removal somewhere else years ago, and the experience was excruciating to the point where I was hesitant to go back. The way Lauren did things was so much more methodical, and with so much more attention to detail, that even though the process still hurt (laser hair removal hurts no matter what, it's just a fact) she managed to make the previously dreadful experience of getting it into something very manageable and even relaxing, all with the way she communicates and attends to details. She is the best esthetician I have ever worked with, without a doubt, and her competitive prices just seal the deal.
