I’ve been going to this office and their Jersey City location for 8+ years. I have been seen mainly by Jeffrey who has been along with me on my skin care journey since the beginning. He is absolutely amazing and very attentive to my concerns. The office staff is very nice and I find the wait time to be very minimal when I arrive for my appointments. I recommend this office strongly. As of now, they accept Horizon Family Care.

I came to this office the end of 2023 to mid 2024. I was seeing the woman doctor here. Doctor Lyudila. I came for my rosacea. After several months seeing the doctor, she kept changing and prescribing different topical medication. So at this point I don’t know what was helping or not. Then she tried to tell me I had a food allergy. And this is where it got confusing and concerning. They did a food allergy test(blood work). And they made it seem like I was allergic to everything folks. Spoke to an allergist and they said it was false positives. And they shouldn’t be telling folks they are allergic to things when they aren’t. The doctor was very rude multiple times. Saying there is not much else to do and to cut off my diet. So I stopped seeing this doctor. She didn’t help much. And wouldn’t recommend this place. She was way too fast. Told me one time “maybe you didn’t think it was necessary enough” when I didn’t buy a certain product. She even wanted me to spend $70 on a SPF in their offfie and when I said I can’t afford that she said “when we can” and that was it. Everything is about money. She literally flaunts it. Came in the room with balenciaga shoes . No kidding people. It’s never that serious. Glad I left that office . Caused me way too much extra unnecessary stress. Even tried to tell me I was allergic to my soap and laundry soap lol! When that wasn’t the case. Just made me waste money . Anyways. Beware.

I appreciate how accurate Jeff's diagnoses are, Jeff prescribes the necessary medication needed Many of my family and friends are treated here, and they love it. If you follow the prescribed regimen, you’ll be pleased with your results too.

Staff seemed nice. Doctor might be great. But the lobby wasn't clean. Chairs had stains and 2 ripped. Dirty walls. I canceled and left.

Last Monday I was required to fill out my medical forms on line along with my insurance information before I would get a appointment I called on Tuesday and was told it takes two days before the staff reviewed these documents I explained that there was a suspicious mark on my arm that looks cancerous. Todate I still haven't response. Tired of waiting called another Dr. and got a appointment immediately
