Caroline is incredibly attentive to your personal skincare needs. She adjusted the products used for my facial as needed. She is knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the products and what benefit they are providing. The facial was very relaxing and I left the spa glowing. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought of and creates a welcoming and relaxing environment.

I had an appointment yesterday. No one was there. Not sure they are in business anymore but I have a gift certificate worth 150.00. No one answered my calls or emails . Lesson learned: Never buy a gift certificate!!!

Went to the new bayville location today. Was excited to see they are offering massage therapy again! I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Nicole! Probably the best massage i’ve ever had. Great pressure..she really did a fantastic job working out all my problem areas. & of course, the owner Caroline is super sweet! Love Whole Beauty Bar so so much. Left with some gift cards and my favorite farmhouse fresh products :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Completely unprofessional. Booked an appointment for lashes. The girl Brianna, unexpectedly gets sick. So the owner, Caroline rescheduled the appointment for 2 days later with the same girl. I suggested to her to be placed with someone else in case Brianna is still sick. She said no, she was going to rebook with Brianna but has her other girl on standby to take my appointment if Brianna cannot come in. Well, 2 days later Brianna is still sick and I received no call back from the owner and showed up for my appointment that she told me I would still have, regardless of Brianna, with no one here!!!!! I will NEVER use this place and will make sure to steer everyone away from here. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!! You should be embarrassed!

I came here never having had any facials before. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Amanda is very professional and has a lovely energy that put me at ease. She is knowledgeable and even after only a few sessions - amazing results! She worked with my many allergies to find the best options for me. So relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!! 💕
