Love Tranquility Day Spa! Set in a lovely Victorian, it is an elegant and cozy space, with attention to detail felt from the minute you step in. Jody - the owner and facial expert - is very welcoming and thoughtful. Gigi is an amazing masseuse, very experienced and professional, strong, with magical hands and a delightful personality to match. Highly recommended, with five stars from this grateful regular.

Got a facial with Jody and a massage with Gigi. The facial was AMAZING. Jody created such a relaxing environment. Jody created a custom facial to address my skin needs and gave me a wonderful hand massage and foot massage/scrub. The attention to detail was impeccable! Gigi was super attentive as well and left me feeling energized and soothed. I would recommend 100000%!

Beware of Jodi— went this summer for a facial and massage. The facial was very disappointing. First The woman, Jodi, was a half hour late. Then talked the whole time and kept insulting my skin, insulting the other spa products I use like a hyaluronic acid serum (to which she said “hyaluronic acid?! No wonder you have skin issues putting unnatural acids on your face. I replied it is natural and is found in connective tissues in your body. I’m an immunologist and familiar with his body works. This was also after she put pineapple juice in my face (very acidic!)). She was very condescending and insisted I had more skin problems than I had, didn’t do extractions, and was very car salesman-like. Came off like a pyramid scheme to sell overpriced products. It was very unprofessional to insult your clients in order to talk up your sales. Usually facials are a quiet, tranquil experience but she tried to sell me this or that the entire time. Increasing original price of facial. Then insisted on using products with ingredients that I didn’t want and made me feel like i was being dramatic when i said i didn’t want kombucha (even though i didn’t schedule that sort of facial). When i inquired about buying one moisturizer, she said No, she only sells the whole product line or else it won’t work and she didn’t want to give her spa a bad name…scam. The only reason i didn’t give it 1 star was because the massage I had was wonderful! It wasn’t Jodi that did it and i apologize for not remembering her name but she did a fantastic job and that was the only relaxing part of my spa day. Her hands were magic!

Had a wonderful experience here. Jody gave the best facial I’ve ever had - it felt luxurious. Her product line is all natural and deep cleaning - I left with a glow. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

I usually go to another esthetician, but I received a gift for a facial. The facial was nice. The products were organic and smelled great. The reason I am giving two stars is because I felt like Jody was judging my skin care routine. I recently changed shampoo/conditioner and I had a bad break out. She told me my skin was terrible and that I was really congested. It made me feel extremely insecure and uncomfortable. She continued to refer to this the entire session. She offered a combination of treatments that would have cost me $90. I asked if I could do one of them and she told me she would only do either all of them or none of them at all. This was a gift facial. My boyfriend was told that the facial was equal to $80. Jody told me it equaled $40. I shouldn't have to spend an extra $100 for enhancements on a facial. I would love to do just one of those, but I wasn't given that option. Her assistant was sweet. However, I will not be returning. I don't care if you studied in Germany for two years. It is not professional to pick your clients apart especially if they are there for the first time. Very rude.
