I was in the NJ area visiting a friend when we decided to try this new salon she told me about. It was fairly new and very clean with a very pleasant staff. I didn't have enough time for a facial but they looked very nice. We both got the eyebrow services done. I've never had the threading technique, just do it at home with a tweezer and plus I don't trust someone else can do a good job. I was a bit hesitant but when I looked at the result and the beautiful precision, I was amazed!!!!! Also, for $6, the eyebrow service is a ridiculously good price, especially compared to the DC area. I just wish I lived in the area so I could go frequently. Thank you Sona Beauty Salon! I'm no longer hesitant about threading!

Eyebrows are done well, but unfortunately the service is a bit wishy washy. Twice I’ve shown up when they’re supposed to be open, yet they’re closed. Although I can say a handful of times I didn’t have to wait, the other times I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes. I gave them one more try but was told to come back in an hour- I told her I had to leave and not return. I understand it’s a local business and may only have one person working at a time, but the business should require reservations if this is the case.

Sona beauty salon is very close to my heart. I have been going to the owner since the last 12 years and I do not have one thing to complain about this business. They are precise, efficient, and very caring. They will constantly make sure the service they provide is to your liking. You can 100% trust them to do an amazing job as usual. When I step in the salon I get a sense of comfort as they make sure my every need is taken care of as perform their service with a smile on their face. Please go here and I promise you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been a regular at this salon since I was in high school, almost 10 years of amazing talent and service. Abha takes her time and always makes sure I leave with beautiful eyebrows. Cannot recommend this place enough!

First time eyebrows were a little too thin hence the 4 not 5 stars. I've been back 4 times. And after requesting that they be done a little thicker they have have been absolutely perfect. Receive compliments often. Also the cheapest threading around at $7-$8 depending on thickness of brows. $10 total including my $3 tip! I never want to go to another spot for threading.
