Deserves zero stars, not one. I had a defective insulin pen, which cost me big bucks. I filled out the online complaint form expecting to at least be reimbursed for the cost of one pen. Instead, I received a form letter in the mail which basically said "too bad". Horrible company.

I’m in the patients’ assistance program. My doctor has changed my medication and so far has faxed in the forms but they claim they have not received them. This has wasted hours of time and caused a lot of stress and after 2 months I still don’t have my medicatiom

As a business owner you provide a service for them and they make you submit invoices for 2 months each time missing key information. They do not pay and make you resubmit invoices only by mail; they will not accept emailed invoices. Their accounts payable department is in India.. Have fun speaking to someone who understands you.

Don't buy any products from this company, they will recall their pens, and give you a $0 check with no reason whatsoever. The rude agent claimed that no receipt was received. They will not help you resolve your refund claim. They will just take your money and give you nothing! Negative stars

Beware! Company actually paid my doctor to promote their medicines/products which I saw in the open payments data c/m a database! This sounds scary that they actually paid for my doctor’s office lunch. Beware of this company and their products! Maybe they’re trying to hide something bad/unsafe about their products.
