I've been coming to Brielle for about 8 months and the kindness and professionalism of the Physicians and staff go well above and beyond expectations. Whenever I'm in need the front desk gets me in for an appointment swifty. I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service. I made an appointment and not until I showed up at the desk was I told that they are a tier 2 provider for Horizon. This should’ve been told to me when I made the appointment. Unacceptable. To compound matters I was told that they don’t know what tier until I show them the card. Nonsense. You would know what plan I’m in simply by taking my card number over the phone.

The 1 star review is ridiculous.. you can’t find a better primary care place around. It is our own responsibility as patients to know where we are booking an appointment.

i was recommended Dr. Riggi from a friend of mine who has seen him for years. My husband and i found Brielle Medical and now have them as our primary doctor and for physical therapy. first off, the office is always immaculate, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and so nice. I never have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Riggi is one of a kind, it took me 20 years to find a doctor i feel comfortable with. From our first meet in November 2023 until present- he is just so chill, understanding, committed in your specific health journey and needs. I appreciate how well he listens to me and does NOT shove medication in our (mine & husband) faces... he is open to Holistic care, vitamins and a great health journey first PRIOR to prescribing any meds. He helped me address, become aware, and finally take care of my mental health issues, my physical body issues and my overall health. My husband raves about him too! and it takes alot for my husband to even come see a doctor. Dr. Riggi really takes the time to listen and figure out the best plan that will work for you. Such an enjoyable experience! From the front desk to the providers, everyone is so friendly and nice! I was treated by Jesse, she is amazing! She listens to everything you say and is very informative with any questions asked. Mary Kate and & Carmen their medical assistants are so nice and make you feel very comfortable. Last but not least the front desk is so kind and friendly, very accommodating with scheduling and friendly. I highly recommend this gorgeous facility!
