I saw Olivia last week after having the worst reaction due to the extreme weather (dryness, redness, inflammation, etc). I had seen her in 2023 prior to my wedding for VI Precision Peel and Microneedling and had an amazing experience with her so I knew I could trust advice. She took her time to analyze my skin and noticed my skin was being overly sensitive. She took her time to explain that my initial thoughts on treatment would not be the correct approach as it would exacerbate the issue. She customized a facial for me and did dermaplaning. Olivia also simplified my AM/PM face routine. Now a week later, my skin feels and looks so much better. It literally did a 180. I cannot recommend Olivia enough. She is very caring and really cares about what you want to achieve, while also giving realistic expectations. She explains her reasoning, educates you on the process, and answers all your questions with great patience. Olivia is everything you could possibly be looking for in an aesthetician. She is so sweet and so knowledgeable. I’m going to her right now for microneedling but she also recommends skincare products to me. She goes out of her way to accommodate me and makes me feel so comfortable. Microneedling can be painful, but she always asks to make sure I’m doing okay and explains every step of the process. I drive an hour to see her and fully trust her with my skin — highly recommend Olivia!!

Hello, I for sure could say - Olivia is the best at getting that glow and confidence back ! I had many break out and my skin just wouldn’t be perfect or heal . I would try everything such homemade remedies, doctors or even applying makeup over it and one day i got really tired and i wanted no makeup look at a adult age. I have tired multiple doctors and dermatologists nothing has helped . and she has never lost her passion in skincare.. I trusted her expertise in knowing what is good for my skin needs at that time and what treatment would be best for my skin, serval times when i take a look at my skin during the process i do be upset but,her enthusiasm and motivation led me back up with my skin prep every night.
