Dr. Klein was great! I was a new patient and they fit me in quickly to test some questionable spots on my face. After confirming they were just sun spots, they still fit me in quickly again to have a cosmetic procedure done to have them removed. Dr. Klein made sure I was aware of all details along the way, and she’s just a super nice person who made me feel comfortable when I was a little nervous! Highly recommend!

My family followed Dr. Klein here. Facility was very clean. Staff very friendly and organized. And of course Dr. Klein is amazing! Very detailed in her exam. I never feel rushed, which to me, is the most important thing in any office visit. Highly reccomend Dr. Klein at Nova Dermatology!

I will start off by saying I absolutely love the doctors within the practice. Unfortunately the billing process has been a nightmare as of recently. I’ve updated my insurance several times at in office visits, to which in return I get several phone calls in regards to my insurance policies. I’m not sure how many times I can get called about the same question from several people in the office. Like back to back calls within minutes. I’ve updated my insurance every visit and still an issue. Not sure where the disconnect is, but it needs to be better.

I was a client for a few years for both Botox and also annual skin cancer screening. I think the medical and Botox services are fine. However, really negative experience with appointment setting. I received a message that my appointment was canceled because the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office - I get that that happens. I called back to reschedule and instead of trying to accommodate me they simply told me I would have to almost 4 weeks for the next available appointment. I called around and made an appointment somewhere else. Next day I got a call back saying that they had a cancellation and offered me an appointment sooner. I told them I already had an appointment somewhere else. Then, a few days later, I got another message from them telling me that my April skin cancer screening was canceled. I never asked to cancel that. Called them and the office manager told me that I told the person who I spoke to earlier that I was never coming back to the office. I never said that. Anyway, I am now never going back to that office because that level of unprofessionalism is absurd. There are plenty of places that you can get good Botox and Dermatology.

Very efficient, I never have to wait long to be seen. I love being able to use Klara online to quickly communicate with the staff.
