I cannot recommend Dr. Urban enough! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make both myself as a Mom and my 7-year-old daughter feel completely comfortable with the process of removing a beauty mark from her cheek. Dr. Urban was not only factual and professional but also incredibly compassionate every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured that we felt confident in the referral we had received. My daughter still recalls the surgical experience fondly, describing it like a visit to the spa—complete with Katie Perry music playing during the procedure! That speaks volumes about the calm, caring environment Dr. Urban created. While we hope to not need his services again for health reasons, if we were ever in a similar situation, we would choose Dr. Urban without hesitation. He is truly a wonderful surgeon and a kind person who genuinely cares for his patients.

Dr. Urban is a fantastic plastic surgeon. I was referred by my dermatologist to have a suspicious mole removed and am very happy with the results so far. Minimal scaring and very limited post-operative discomfort. Dr. Urban has set up numerous check-ups to ensure proper healing and shows a genuine concern for his patients and a dedication to his work. I highly recommend this office!

I was referred to Dr Urban by my dermatologist after Mohs surgery on my scalp which did not heal. I had an approximately 1 inch by 2 inch area which was open down to the bone. Dr Urban examined the area and determined a course of action. He explained that he could close the open area, but might have to use a skin graft (which would become an area where no hair would grow). He was very calm and reassuring and I was anxious to have this done. On the day of surgery, Dr Urban and his nurse explained everything that they were going to do and answered questions. Both of them were very knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr Urban was able to complete the repair without using a skin graft. What a relief! Several days after surgery, there was a little drainage from a spot on the suture line. I contacted the office and got an immediate response with instructions to pick up a medication that Dr Urban called to my pharmacy. No further issues. I cannot thank Dr Urban and his friendly, caring staff enough for helping me through this difficult process. I thoroughly recommend Urban Facial Plastic Surgery. Judy Hillard

Attended a pre surgery visit with my sister who Dr Urban would be performing a procedure on. Dr Urban was very patient and kind in explaining the details of the process and assured my sister giving her full confidence that it would be successful. She had the procedure and was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr Urban.
