MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

My experience with Sarah has been very positive. I saw her for an initial biopsy and now post-surgery (MOHS) checkups. She is thorough and always answers any questions I have. Her staff is also very caring and supportive.

The doctor was awesome. Great bedside manner and care. However, I spent one hour in waiting room. You cannot contact the office by phone, it goes to a foreign call center. My records are still on paper from being a patient for decades, but I’m now relegated to a new patient because they were never put in the system. I was told the call centers are the thing of the future, so that means communication with your healthcare provider is a thing of the past. Very impersonal. Most of the old staff has left because management has no idea how to treat human beings. The only reason I did NOT give only one star is because the doctor was five stars.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to make an appointment and very little wait time when at the office. Dr. Tassavor is great. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, sincere and listens to your concerns. He takes the time to explain any findings and necessary treatment. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Tassavor is an excellent doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is highly skilled & experienced but what really stuck out for me was that he took the time to explain everything to me. He helped me to feel comfortable, calm & safe during my procedure. He is very kind. Thank you doc!

First time I saw Dr Tassavor and I was very satisfied. He did a thorough exam and answered all my questions, not rushing me. His staff was very pleasant and efficient and I was seen promptly. I will be recommending him to other family members and friends.
