Nat is quite the experienced professional. During the consultation and once she was made aware that this was literally my first service of any kind, she took great care in explaining the procedures available to me to address my specific concerns. She didn't try to oversell any service but rather demonstrate on my face how each procedure can improve my problem areas. I was indeed nervous but the entire staff was very reassuring but most of all patient with all my questions and I had quite a few.
