I took time off work to bring my mother to her appointment and arrived 4-5 minutes late, within the 10-minute grace period. However, the receptionist refused to check us in and wasted time arguing with us. By the time 11 minutes had passed, she asked us to leave. Her expression was as if she won a big game. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. I hope this matter is addressed to ensure better treatment of patients in the future.

My mother had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM. Due to the snowfall yesterday and poor road conditions, we arrived approximately 5-6 minutes late. When we arrived, the front desk receptionist acknowledged us and later called us up to check in. However, she refused to check us in, insisting on rescheduling the appointment. Despite our efforts to explain the circumstances, the receptionist spent several minutes arguing with us instead of facilitating the check-in process. It was already 5:11 with her unnecessary argument. By 5:11 PM, she stated that she could no longer do anything and asked us to leave to make room for other patients. Her demeanor was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. If she had not engaged in unnecessary arguments, we would have been able to see the doctor as originally scheduled. I am disappointed with the lack of understanding and professionalism displayed, and I hope steps will be taken to address this behavior to ensure a more respectful and accommodating experience for patients in the future. Very unprofessional receptionist with no manners.

My appointment was on time and on point. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Jefferson was as good as the reviews said: he was very nice, knowledgeable and most importantly, he listens to you. Great beside manner, too. As a new patient, overall my experience was a very positive one.

They scammed me to come into the office. I called and asked for a distinct service. The person on the phone assured me that the doctor performed that procedure. I said great and booked an appointment for the same day. I paid the copay and gave them my insurance card. I seen the doctor and the first thing he said is "I don't perform that procedure ". What a waste of time and money. I reported them to my insurance company.
