Just called to schedule appt. Receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t give me an appointment until she “went and looked” Like the appointment book is in another state or country. Called another dermatologist office, booked an appointment within 3 mins.

There was hardly any waiting. The staff as well as the doctor are warm and friendly. They address all the issues. Doctor Rothfleisch makes it a point to explain the problem in easy simple words , which adds transparency to it. To sum it up it was a good experience.

I was greeted promptly and courteously by a staff member and was then seen by Dr. Rothfleisch very close to my appointment time - I had an extremely short wait. Dr. Rothfleisch's staff member led me into an exam room and very shortly thereafter Dr. Rothfleisch came in, gave a thorough exam, and advised me to be sure to come in for a yearly skin check due to my high risk for skin cancer. Dr. Rothfleisch was kind, caring, and an excellent communicator. He is an extremely experienced dermatologist and I feel that he genuinely cares about prevention - the importance of yearly checks and following up on concerning symptoms as soon as possible to intervene early and prevent negative outcomes. Dr. Rothfleisch's staff was able to schedule my yearly appointment on the spot and I left with peace of mind knowing that my appointment for next year is set and I am on a path for the best possible way to prevent and treat any possible pre-cancerous or cancerous lesions I may have in the future.

My family and I have been using Dr. Rothfleisch for many years. He is one of my favorite physicians. He always takes his time and answers any questions you have. Very thorough and we all feel very comfortable with him . His office staff could not be nicer. We all highly recommend him.
