I went to inquire about a treatment and one of the staff not sure if the owner who seemed nice at first explained everything but kept trying to sell me more then the treatment I wanted to get. I finally gave in and agreed trusting her expertise. At the day of the treatments she tried to sneak another treatment on top of the two I agreed to and made her aware. I noticed her demeanor changed and told me ok just filled and sign the form with a little of an attitude. At this point I was not sure if I should go ahead with the treatments given my trust in her diminished. When she came back to collect the forms I told I was not done and was not sure if I wanted to go through with it. She got extremely upset started calling me names and said I was crazy and for me to get out of her place . This behavior is completely unacceptable. People have the right to change their minds especially if they haven’t signed anything. Everyone should be treated with respect especially when you have to keep the business reputation,. But Im guessing the business reputation it’s not really that important to them when they are treating people with such disrespect.

The employee's attitude was rude and shocking. (+) I made a purchase through Groupon and I don't know the name of the receptionist. But I left a review for your business to do better in the future.

Lovely, kind people that are experts working with the finest state of the art equipment. They care and listen to their patient wholeheartedly to only provide the best care possible.

Absolutely great and professional services! After trying other different providers, Marina Medi Spa is the best! I’ve been getting my beauty treatments here for years and I’m always happy and satisfied with the results. They are very knowledgeable and their products work every single time. Not to mention, prices are affordable as well. Definitely recommend.

I made an appointment online that was cancelled due to the specialist not available. I called to reschedule and was answered by the secretary who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite my repeated attempts to find a suitable time for rescheduling, she refused to provide any information or assistance. I asked for her name and she only said the secretary. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is crucial for your staff to be welcoming and accommodating to clients, especially in a service-oriented business. Unfortunately, due to this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning to your facility, nor will I be recommending it to others.
