I tried them through Groupon (they make you pay $5 tax, wasn’t included in Groupon) I had there facial and hot stone massage ($20 more for hot stone). Massage was great (thanks Anna) Very relaxing! But facial wasn’t so good, I love getting good facial done but idk what kind product they use so I will pass facial next time. Overall it was a decent experience.
I purchased a Groupon as a new customer and looked at all the horrible reviews. I decided to take a chance since I suffer from chronic pain from a near fatal car accident. They asked me to pay a $3 tax fee which I asked can I pay at the end along with a tip. I must say, Amy did an Amazing job and the area I didn’t want worked on, I mentioned before she started. As she approached those areas, she stopped immediately because she paid attention from the beginning. I tipped her $30 and it was well deserved. I will definitely be back!
I was just there yesterday, The place isn’t very warm or Welcoming. They don’t seem like they want be there. The girl that I had did not speak any English, so clearly is very hard to communicate with her. I did tell her that it was too hard and that it hurt several times, she continue to do The massage that way. I don’t know why anyone needs the rib cage massaged And an and an elbow put in your rib cage. She didn’t even touch my neck or my feet at all, which were the two reasons I was there. I feel like once they get a Groupon they don’t care how the massage is. It was not worth the $10 tip and the Groupon. I literally came home and woke up sore as heck from a massage. I literally feel like I got beat up and now I need to go get a massage from an actual good place. Wouldn’t recommend.
I was at the spa for a massage earlier this week. I used a groupon and my experience was different from other reviews i have read. I was charged $3 for tax which didn’t bother me since the massage i received far exceeded my expectations. It was actually in my top 5 all time. My masseuse was Wendy and she was excellent. Definitely worth a tip of more than $10. I am not denying others experience but I wanted to give a counterpoint based on my experience. I will likely go back for a 2nd massage
I recently purchased a Groupon for a massage as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, we discovered that the Groupon was not valid for returning customers. When I contacted the business to clarify, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the representative. Despite my wife's history of patronage and generous tipping, the representative refused to escalate the issue to a manager. The lady kept saying "no manager. go get your refund, bye." I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and this experience was far from satisfactory. I would advise potential customers to consider alternative options.
