Metropolitan Dermatology - Elizabeth

My husband and I had an appointment at the Elizabeth office, and because we refused to leave our credit card or spending account card on file, we were denied service. I spoke with a women named Rose who said she was the office manager in the Clark office, when I told her that it was illegal to make anyone leave their credit card on file and to deny them service because they didn’t want to, she started to sing a different song. My appointment was at 4pm yesterday, as punishment for standing up for myself, we never got to see the doctor. It was 5:45 when we walked out. The final kick in the head was when the receptionist told me we couldn’t have our co pay back, because the office in Clark had closed.

I had an appointment and I do the copay then they took money from my card without any bill or any notice for the entire amount of the appointment not happy with that they also charged my insurance. Now they said that they don't going to give my money back. So please be careful they like to steal money from you

I loved my visit here. Front desk was friendly. I can fill out all my paperwork online before going into the appointment. Monica was the one to help me with my acne, redness and burn concerns. She was professional and very helpful. Gave me recommendations on products i can use over the counter to help my skin as well

I love this office, my appointment was at 9:45am and got there at 9:20 because i was running errands and they actually called me. I was out by 9:30am. Also the the receptionist are very nice, and the doctor is very caring. I really like her. I cant wait to start my treatment with her.

I just had my first visit at Metropolitan Dermatology and I must say definitely a 5 star practice. Dr. Sujelis Perez was very professional and knowledgeable about my mole and the concerns I had about it. The removal was pretty fast and both Dr. Perez and Jessica made me feel relaxed and calm during the whole procedure. Both we’re very comforting on helping me calm my nerves. The service and the office staff were very caring and friendly and they way I was treated was phenomenal. The office was clean and everyone wore masks. I would highly recommend everyone I know to go to them. I DEFINITELY will be returning back for future services if needed.
