Great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rapaport is extremely knowledgeable and comforting. I’m having great success with my medical concern given his recommendations and treatments! I would highly recommend!

While I’m glad Dr Rapaport seems to have a decent number of happy clients here I can’t even speak to his services so this is just for the office and his time management. As a new patient, I was asked to fill out over 10 pages of paperwork and then seated in an office where I was left for an hour with no one checking in. I arrived at 11:45am and told them I wanted my copay back and that I was leaving at 1pm: I’m pretty darn sure they just forgot I was there given the looks on their faces when I went to check in. After spending $56 in Ubers to get there and back (bus never arrived), safe to say I won’t be returning: this is just bad customer service and a waste of two hours of sitting and travel.

Dr. Rapaport is a phenomenal Dermatologist. His staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is very friendly and caring, and you never feel rushed. I came to him for my hair loss and he did an in depth exam including bloodwork to figure out the cause of hair loss. He found my Vitamin D levels were extremely low and that I had Lyme disease, which was missed by every other doctor. Dr. Rapaport treated me for my Lyme disease, which I am now pain free, and my hair looks great, many compliments! I am very grateful to him and highly recommend him to everyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Jeffrey Rapaport, who treated my staph infection with professionalism and expertise. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding care provided by the staff, especially Juliana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure to address all the concerns and questions I had. It’s rare to find such a warm and responsive approach in healthcare, and I’m grateful for the excellent service I received.

I see an artist in Dr. Rappaport. It is clear he gives each of his patients complete undivided attention. As for me, I totally trust that he will give me the best result even beyond my expectations. He is a perfectionist. Just as a sculptor studies every single angle of his work to refine it with finishing touches so also does Dr Rappaport. He makes me look like my best self and I know he can do it for anybody whatever their issue. Beyond his skill experience and consummate professionalism, Dr. Rappaport has a kind heart.
