Dr. Kevin H. Ende

Dr. Ende is one of the best doctors my wife and I have ever dealt with. He performed surgery on my 2 year old daughter and everything went perfect. Dr. Ende, thank you for everything! The staff at his office are very nice and the staff at Englewood hospital was also very nice and helpful.

My mother was having severe knee pain and uses a walker and wheelchair for long distance walk but she chose to go to Englewood ENT Dr. Ende’s office for appointment in a cold weather. There is no parking near the office so my mother had to walk slowly using a walker from a far parking space until she was able to make it to the office. She was late for 15minutes and they refused to take her. I talked to the secretaries and explained about my mother’s condition and hard ship in walking but they didn’t consider at all and asked her to reschedule. The office staff are inconsiderate of the patient’s hardship considering they are in health care.

Appointment: 4/26/2024 @ 9:30 am with Ende, Kevin. I went to the office 10 minutes earlier. I made an appointment online and uploaded my insurance card as requested by them. The front desk woman asked me to get my insurance card. I told her I already sent you it, while I showed her the message to prove what I said. She refused reading the short message, insisting for my insurance card. I gave it to her. Then she asked for my primary doctor’s referral. But I couldn’t show her since …. I tried to explain :” Your system didn’t ask for it and as I know in nowadays, no referrals needed. So I didn’t ask for my primary doctor for the referral. “ But my worlds was always rudely interrupted by the woman. Meanwhile, an African woman by her glared at me causing me to notice her. I asked her “what was wrong that you stared at me unfriendly?” She replied :”I wanted to !” . I didn’t responded her since I didn’t want the hostility going on. So I faced back to the woman who badly dealt with my case. I said I would call my doctor right now to get the referral. She said my appointment was canceled because of no referral. I waited for a few weeks for the appointment. She just opened her mouth to ruin all my waiting time and efforts for the appointment. I am sick, and can’t wait too much time to see doctor. How cruel she is! I still tried to keep my appointment. Then a doctor stepped out unfriendly toward me. I explained the whole thing happened, but his attitude was still bad. However my complaint worked. He allowed me to call my doctor for referral. While I was on the phone with my primary doctor’s office, a lady approached me to tell that Dr. Ende, I am going to see was not willing to see me today. I never saw this doctor, Kevin Ende, who I was supposed to see. Dr. Ende just listened his office employee’s words and refused to come out hearing my words, which is totally biased and unfair for me. Look back the whole issue cause me losing and experiencing nightmare. The problem : 1, The office didn’t ask me either online or contacting me to bring the referral they specially requested for. 2, The woman dealing with my case was badly treating me base on her office problem. I didn’t hear sorry instead, she intended to cancel my appointment. 3, Dr. Ende treated his employees over his patients by refusing hear me and reluctantly canceled my appointment, which I was longing for. I am very frustrated and grievance.

Had hair transplant surgery over two years ago. Common practice to follow up after 1 year, in which results should have been pretty close to the full result. Mine was not, so I figured I"ll wait a few more months as everyone's hair grows at a different rate. Months went on with no improvement. It's been well over two years and I'm left with a faint shadow of hair around my hairline. Pretty disappointed. It was a nice chunk of change and something I have been wanting forever, as I've always been self conscious about my receding hairline. I was excited for a life change, boost in confidence and finally the opportunity to quickly pull my hair back in a simple ponytail and get on with the day. It's still headbands, wigs and bangs like it's always been. Wish I could have saved that money. Aside from my disappointment in results, the staff, including Dr. Ende are really pleasant and personable. Ive read testimonials by others who have had hair transplants by him and they were so positive, but it just wasn't my experience. In due time, with funds to spare, I"ll consider redoing the procedure with another physician.

I had a hairline lowering procedure with hair inplants. I did not get good results. I paid close to $10,000 for this procedure and I still have bald spots, even worse than before surgery. Waste of money. I do not recommend this doctor.
