The doctor was very nice. He explained everything he asked me the right questions. I felt no pain. He made sure I was comfortable. I will go to him again and again and again, and I will wear a billboard to let people know he is a excellent doctor.

A clean facility with friendly staff. Dr Xu is awesome! I had a body scan since I sunbathe & he found a spot on my nose & froze it to remove it. It would have developed into cancer. He listens & answers questions. Very thorough.

The office is very cold and impersonal. It’s not at all inviting or nice to look at. I would never consider having any kind of aesthetics services done there. I’ve seen the same Dermatologist in the past and feel confident in his skin exams/screenings and treatment options but I would not continue to be a patient at Schweiger Dermatology if I needed to be seen more frequently than yearly for skin cancer screenings.

Awful experience with the billing department. I received a bill from their office & my insurance had submitted a claim to readjust as my insurance covers the exam at 100%. I called the office to inform them of the readjustment since I received another text about a bill due and Abdul from billing was so rude and said that they don't do preventative billing and I Still owe even though I tried explaining that my insurance was taking care of everything. He was quick to rush me off the phone and I will not be using this office for any future appointments.

I really liked the doctor but their billing practices are very shady. I went in for an annual skin screening and had two other skin concerns I wanted to ask the doctor about. I was told that I would have to schedule another appt in order to address those concerns. I went to the desk to schedule another appt, the lady told me I would need to schedule a separate appt for each concern (these are simple concerns that would take just 2 minutes each to discuss!). This is a money grab to get a copay from me and payment from my insurance for each appt and as someone with a background in medical billing, this is very poor practice. It would be like your primary care doctor telling you that they are not going to address any health concerns at your annual physical and to come back again. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will be returning to my former dermatologist even though she is further away. A dermatologist performing an annual skin screening should be willing to take two extra minutes to address comprehensive skin health.
