I had my eyelids done by Dr Segal, which made me so happy. I am able to see better and not feel tired constantly, most of all, the confidence that has given to me. Many people can tell the difference in me but most of all, not be asked if I was asleep even though I am awake. I went back for my second post opt check up and inquired about lessening my forehead wrinkle from all the years that formed due to my eye straining to keep my eyes open. Dr Segal, suggested Botox which I agree with and happy to be able to try. I said I will come back for it when I can get one of my kids to drive me and the day I was scheduled to come back, I had to reschedule due to work schedule. I came in for my Botox for the day I was rescheduled, only to learn that I was missed scheduled by the staff and that Dr Segal, was not in the office that day she was in surgery. I live 45 mins from the office and I was a bit saddened as I had to attend a wedding in two weeks and I was asked to reschedule but I could not come in for the days I was being given due to work. I was then asked if it was alright to get it from another physician that day, I said if that doctor was ok with it, I don’t mind. Dr Niegel was in attendance that day and I was happy that she was able to squeeze me in on her already busy day. I was very grateful to her. Both the Dr. Neigel and Dr Segal, are the most compassionate people I have ever met. They take their time to listen and have the most gentle touch. I feel so confident, actually beautiful and my confidence has been awesome because of them. Their staff are top notch, so grateful to have found the office and I have recommended them to my family, friends and co-workers. Dr Segal, Dr Neigel l, and staff thank you for so much, the way you have treated me and took your time to listen, your work is so appreciated.

Dr. Segal dramatically improved my quality of life! I had clogged tear ducts which made seemingly all tasks a challenge with leaky eyes. She performed punctoplasty to widen my tear ducts. I was quite anxious prior to the procedure, but she took the time to talk with me which alleviated my apprehensiveness. She's a great doctor and a kind person.

I ended up with Dr. Richard through a referral from my eye doctor after she discovered a significant loss of peripheral vision during my regular visit. After confirming her findings, it was recommended that i have surgery to correct the slackness in my eyelids. I had serious apprehension but Dr. Richard explained everything in detail about the procedure and what to expect during my recovery. The entire staff at the surgical center was wonderful. Everyone was very attentive and supportive. I didn't experience anything that I would consider a negative during my visit. I'm only a few weeks into my recovery time, but I'm already seeing such a wonderful increase in my field of vision and I have eyelids again!! I definitely recommend EltraSelf and Dr. Richard.

So grateful to have found Dr. Neigel and her team! She has the most amazing touch... the subtlety of her work has made such a dramaticly positive difference. We were absolutely amazed with the results. Additionally, the entire staff, from the front reception, to scheduling, to every single person we encountered at the surgical center, was so kind and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The experience my mother had was amazing. She had a consultation with Dr Segal and immediately felt that she was in good hands to move forward with eye surgery. The staff at the surgery center were extremely nice and professional and made my mother feel very comfortable in their care. My mother had very little bleeding after the surgery and when we called that afternoon after surgery they called us back immediately and told us to expect a little bleeding. We were so impressed with how quickly they responded to our call. The postoperative instructions were very clear and helpful and we followed them exactly with the results we were looking for in the healing. The postoperative appointment made my mother feel very good with thorough care for the stitch removal and Dr. Segal took her time to clarify our questions and explain more about the procedure. I want to also recognize Wanda for her prompt response to the forms required for my employer for me to submit on time. I appreciated that support to be available to support my mother during her recovery. I highly recommend this practice for their professional work and kindness. My mother is so pleased with the results!!!
