Lakes Skin Centre, Dr. Abdulla

I absolutely love the office staff and assistants here. They are always so kind and caring. They have always greeted me pleasantly and make me feel cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Abdulla has been less positive. She seems like a great doctor but I have been coming here for multiple years just for yearly check ins but they are always incredibly short and I feel like I am never able to ask the questions I have because she starts to exit the room the second she is finished with her examination. During my most recent visit I went in and I asked for her opinion on ways to help the blemishes on my face. She mentioned one procedure I could do, did not explain anything further, only told me the price and that I'd be a perfect candidate but gave me no other alternatives. After going home and doing research of my own as well as getting a second opinion from another doctor, I found that the one she offered was one of the most drastic, expensive and recurring procedures. It made me feel like she did not care for my experience and just wanted me to choose the pricier choice without even talking through any other options. I've seen a lot of other reviews praising Dr. Abdulla for taking her time and being great for their needs and I hope that it is true for their experience, I just cannot say the same for myself.

Dr. Abdulla is a brilliant doctor matched with a compassionate heart. I trust her 100% and she has been incredibly helpful in treating a variety of skin conditions for my family. Her staff is attentive and the office is beautiful.

I’m a teenager suffering from a lot of hormonal acne and Dr heba has been great. The micro needling has tremendously helped and I totally recommend this place!
