We first found Schweiger Dermatology when seeking help for my boyfriend’s plaque psoriasis. All previous dermatologists couldn’t help him. There we met Dr. Brittany and she changed our lives. She knew exactly how severe his condition was and got to work providing him the treatment he desperately needed. 4 days after his first treatment he was like a new man, and we are so grateful for her knowledge and compassion when dealing with such a severe autoimmune disease. Saying she is the best doesn’t come close to how we feel, she saved him! And now I am a patient at Schweiger too! I have suffered with numerous allergy and health issues for years. When we heard they are now offering allergy testing I made an appointment with Dr. Michelle. Another amazing doctor! So thorough and caring, she listened to all of my concerns and assured me we would get to the bottom of this. I’ve never been more excited to see a doctor because I know every time I see her, I’m one step closer to a better life and no more suffering. Another gem is her medical assistant Olivia! She is patient, kind, smart and made me feel so comfortable with everything that’s been done so far. The office is beautiful, extremely clean and the front desk staff are some of the nicest, happiest people I’ve ever met, they make you feel so welcomed! I highly recommend the Freehold office for any dermatology service you’re seeking help with. Truly the BEST!! So thankful we found them!

I can’t think of a thing that could have been handled better, from check in through the exam. The level of professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, ability to make one feel comfortable and attitude are second to none. The facility is clean, bright, welcoming. This folks have just got it right!

Abdul H. From the billing department went the extra mile. He is the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful customer service rep I have ever had the please of speaking with. He took his time to make sure I understood the information. He stayed on the phone to confirm my issue was handled and completely resolved. I truly have walked away from this experience more knowledgeable myself. This gentleman needs to a raise. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness today and again patience. I had to deal with 4 other individuals who were rude and clearly did not know the procedure and instead of helping me they kept telling me they would call me back. This in total took 86 days to get resolved meanwhile it only took Abdul a day to resolve this issue. If it wasn’t for him this would be a horrendous review and they would have lost a client. Very disappointed in the company so I hope they give Abdul the credit he deserves. They are very lucky to have him.

At the time of scheduling appointment there was only room for 1 person and Even though the office was very clean and we were called in really quick Dr Isik was in the room no more than 2 minutes with my 2 year old son. I asked her if she can take a quick look at my 1 year old as well and I will provide her insurance card, and she refused claiming that they are overbooked and I have to schedule another appointment. As per my knowledge every appointment has at least 15 minutes time frame but she was with us no longer than 2 minutes. She could of out of kindness spend additional 1 minute to check out my child but I guess kindness does not exist in her personality.

I highly recommend this practice! The doctors are excellent, and the overall experience is always positive. Dr. Miller is outstanding and truly my favorite, providing exceptional care. Dr. Lai is also impressive—despite being young, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. A great team overall!
