I truly had the best experience here. Jess was my injector and asked me questions to determine if I was a good candidate and was completely honest and transparent. I felt so comfortable and listened to and like she had my best interest in mind. If you are considering going here, you definitely should!

Me and my roommate decided to treat ourselves and get lip fillers done for the start of the new years. She never got them done before and wanted a more natural look and due to me have two strokes the beginning of this year; I decided I wanted something more noticeable. Both our expectations were beyond met. The staff is very welcoming, kind and one of the owners did our injections. She was so cool and down to earth and made us feel very comfortable and answered any and all questions we had. She was absolutely amazing. This place definitely delivered our desired looks and is a hidden gem In Galloway . A Small clean and inviting office setting as well. We will definitely be coming back and indulging ourselves in their other services. This experience was wonderful. Thank you women at complete wellness spa. I have had injection in the past and never have they turned out as amazing as they did here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the environment is very chill. You will not be disappointed with any service at this location

While I was happy to be taken in for an appointment very quickly AND get a great price for Botox injections, overall I’m not pleased with my results or the some of the staff at Galloway office. (My nurse injectionist was very nice. ) Now, I’ve had many treatments around my eyes and forehead for scars and wrinkles at other facilities over the past 15 years. This was the first time that I got severe bruising on one side (and it hurt !) and on the other eye developed ptosis- drooping eyelid! They do warn you about this possibility and I understand it is quite common, but it had never happened to me. My eyelid was almost closed, making driving very difficult. I had a 2 week follow up scheduled. I called a few days before, and the receptionist told me there was nothing that could be done until I was seen by the same nurse. She was not helpful. When I did arrive, Suffice it to say the solutions offered of additional injections to the eyelid OR eyedrops made it easy to choose. The “Doctor” who was called for a scrip seemed to have no clue what type of drops to order! Or, even how to call them in to my pharmacy. It was so weird! Now a full week later- I still haven’t gotten my prescription, even after letting the nurse know the next day. Seemed shady. And, the eye is still drooping. I won’t be returning.

Wonderful facility. Clean and organized with friendly staff. Jess is the by far one of the best in the business. She’s well informed on modern technique, specializes in facial balancing, and is an expert in Botox placement. 10/10 highly recommended.
