Both Fanny (front desk) and Rachael (consultant) are fabulous. I went in for a 30 minute consultation and expressed the areas I wanted to target and Rachael explained what would be the best option for me. Pricing? She went above and beyond to get me an awesome price. Thank you ladies! Im excited and looking forward to seeing the results i really want.

From the moment I walked in Fanny made me feel comfortable. Especially since I was very nervous…..LOL. Then I met Rachael who answered all of my questions and made me feel so welcomed. Thank you ladies for making an anxious visit feel like a meeting with friends.

Very ghetto service. I contacted them through their internet portal on 12/27 at night. They wasted no time to call me. I got a call before I could finish typing my contact info. They quickly booked me for a consultation visit at their Roseland location which is a little over an hour drive from me. My appointment was at 11am and I got here a little before 11. The doors were locked and it's raining. I met a gentleman who apparently had the same appointment time as me. He had called and a young lady came and opened the doors. She lacked the slightest empathy. I wanted to conclude this was going to be bad but I try to give grace. Upon entering, she didn't care to ask who I was and if I needed help. After sitting for 15-20 minutes, I mustard the courage to inquire if she knew that I had an appointment. Her answer: "I thought you were with him." She assumed that I was with the guy. Her reason? We came in together. Obviously we did because you booked us for the same time slot, and you had your doors locked although you were expecting patients you have on schedule today. I honestly don't understand why these people feel they are doing you a favor. Since I'm already here and it's now 11:45, I must as well wait and here what they have to offer but I'm definitely having a second thought.

My friend and I went to Sono Bello for the consultation and the visit was amazing. The staff is kind and courteous. As soon as we arrived, tfhe woman at the front desk greeted us with a bright smile, informed us that we had paperwork to complete and offered us something to drink whle waiting. Rachael walked us through all the options, answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained what to expect.

Everyone is nice and tells you what you want to hear. They are there to sell you a dream. I am 1 1/2 yrs post op and still waiting for results. Would be better to go to a “real” plastic surgeon.
