Don’t waste your time coming here. Krystal was so rude over insurance. If we would had known they weren’t sure if they accepted our insurance we would had called in advance to verify but no information or guidance was given to us before hand. It also doesn’t justify the attitude she had. Don’t work with people if you can’t handle normal interaction. Save yourself the headache and find another office.

This is the most INCREDIBLE practice ever!! All aspects of the team are fabulous - caring, warm and go WAY out their way with time & effort to help. I LOVE THEM ALL and have never been happier with a medical practice - special Kudos to Dr Bellavia and my beloved Della!!! Keep up the fabulous work, very grateful for you all!!! P.S. - and this is a big one, Dr Bellavia literally saved my life!

I highly recommend Osler Group/Heights Medical. I have been under Ms. Joyce Feliciano’s care for quite sometime and she has taken very well care of me. Also, Crystal goes above and beyond her duties in the office. I recently lost coverage for Wegovy and she went to bat for me to try to get back my coverage with my insurance. Thank you for all you do!

You are only as strong as your weakest link and Jackie and Monica have no empathy, compassion, or professionalism. Having two bed ridden elderly parents I very rarely experience a doctors office with gaslighters at the helm. But this office actually has two. Not knowing when a doctor has an appointment or is actually not seeing appointments or can schedule an appointment is really unbelievable to me. The lectures on how they don't know his schedule and that you are looking for emergency appointments is really very sad. I have been caring for my elderly parents for years and I have never run into an office run like this. I am grateful for the amazing medical care we have. We have been blessed to have the most amazing doctors. I am leaving this review because I don't want others who are seeking home physicians to have the same experience I did.
