I always have an absolutely fantastic experience at Luminous ! The eyebrows and lashes I received are simply the best l've ever had. The quality of the products they use is outstanding, ensuring long-lasting results. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. I especially want to give a shoutout to my artist, Kristen; she is incredibly talented and attentive, making sure l was completely satisfied with my look. Without a doubt, I would rate this place five stars!

Clean, professional and warm. I am so happy with Ali's work on my lashes and brows. She gives such tailored advice in all things skin, skin wellness and self-care. The store has an array of indie skincare lines and the staff is very knowledgeable of all the services and brands they offer. I'm so happy with how I look! Highly recommend.

This was a 10 out of 10 experience for me from the second that I walked in the door. They have the most amazing assortment of products. I made sure I got there a few minutes early to check them out. I got my lashes done by Ali, she did the best job. They feel light, and look beautiful! So happy I found a place I trust to get my lashes done. Thank you all for making yesterday so relaxing, I will be back every few weeks for life!

I was getting lash extensions for many years and I did not realize how amazing they could be until I found Erika and Ali at Luminous. The last lash artist I went to did such a bad job that my natural lashes were falling out in clumps, along with the extensions. Then, my trusted hairdresser sent me to Luminous, and they immediately set up an appointment with me to assess the damage. I met with Ali, who somehow managed to keep me calm as she carefully removed what was left of the extensions, only to find that almost all of my lashes were gone. She saw how upset I was, so she made time in her busy schedule to give me a new set of lashes that same week. She even offered to help me learn how to put on strip lashes for the next couple of days. Given the state of my lashes, I had no idea how she would fix them, but, days later, I had a brand new set of the most gorgeous set of perfect lashes that were as light as a feather! It was a miracle! When I had to stop my extensions due to the Pandemic, not only did I miss my lashes, but I realized how much I missed everyone at Luminous. But, after they opened, I was worried about getting another set of lashes right away in the event the world would close down again. I did my own research, because they never try to "sell" you anything, and I realized that they also do lash lifts and tints! I was thrilled to find a reason to return to Luminous and I am so glad I did! My lashes look amazing again! Luminous is a beautiful salon with kind, generous and exceptionally talented artists who truly care about their craft and their customers. They are simply the best!

Get Luminous gives you more than lashes. Every single individual here is an absolute gem of a person. They’re the epitome of beautiful souls. I get my lashes done by Dominique, who is an absolute amazing artist and so meticulous in EVERYTHING she does. Every single artist there will take their time to make you feel so pampered & so relaxed, that you walk out of there feeling nothing but luminous!! Love everything about this sanctuary and whoever is reading this, you have to see for yourself that you will never go back to where you were going when you get luminous.
