Hello Hydration

Overall it was an okay experience. I typically leave my self care appointments refreshed and feeling great about myself, however, I left Hello Hydration feeling more insecure. This was my first time at this business - My appointment was to get a touch up of Botox, and I did have some questions about filler dissolver which were answered. I typically get around 20 units of Botox and I wanted to try my crows feet which I knew would be an addition to the amount of units. I somehow ended up with a total of 40 units, which I know crows feet wouldn’t take 10 units on each side. Because of the $10/unit deal I feel like I got more units than needed to make up that it was apart of the deal. The biggest thing though was I felt my insecurities (my skin) were pointed out rather me bringing them up. I wasn’t there or not did I intend on bringing up questions on skin improvement questions. While the information and treatments they offer are up my alley, I didn’t appreciate how it was brought up out of my personal expense. The place is worth checking out, just not the best overall experience for me personally.

Hello Hydration has an amazing staff! Everyone is well educated in their practice and makes you feel so comfortable, I will never go anywhere else. If you’re interested in getting filler, this is the place to go!

as soon as I arrived I was greeted by Nicole , she was delightful and welcoming . I immediately felt like I choose the best med spa. Amanda the nurse practitioner came out to the waiting room with a big smile , introducing herself . she asked me what I felt I most wanted to address. I wanted my brows lifted and my smile to look more youthful . Amanda was professional and personable , she guided me and I had a positive experience. I will definitely return.

Alexandra was fantastic!! Received a hydrafacial - and this was my first time at Hello Hydration and she was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained the whole process and what she saw with my skin. I had questions regarding other services and she was able to explain all of them to me- gave me pamphlets and even scheduled a complimentary consultation. Extremely happy, and excited I found this place that was already highly recommended to me. Will be a returning customer. 😊👌

Hello Hydration provided excellent service and made me feel so comfortable during my filler appointment! Super friendly and they have amazing ladies there! Kamie did my lip filler and she did such a fantastic job. She’s attentive, smart, and sociable. I have multiple friends who want the same service and I definitely am recommending them here.
