Dr Anne is the most incompetent doctor I have ever have ever met. She will completely disregard your symptoms if there isn’t a profitable test for her to run and then lie to you and tell you later that she recommended a completely different test. She also does not keep track of policy changes that have a direct impact on your health. Worst of all she has trouble with numbers, she told me directly that she commonly will mix up simple things like reading 4 but saying 5. I don’t want to die because I received the wrong dosage of medication.
I went to see dr michael as an urgent visit on 10/1. Was treated with antibotic n steriords with no help. Called several times and left message for her. She oblige by changing meds and sending me for s chest x ray on 10/7. With several calls still have not received results of the x ray. This was a STAT test. Very disappointed tgat they take forever to return a call.
Horrible so far, been here for 2 hour, 1 hour went on waiting for them to call me in order to get on a line outside. Once on the line another hour waiting on the 1 Doctor they have for inside and outside... no sign of him/her... unacceptable, should be either or when they only have one Dr on staff. When I pulled up to the nurses tent there was no one on line behind me now there is at least 15 cars waiting. And all we all get is we’re so sorry for the inconvenience.
Visited today, woke up with a fever, sore throat, and I was shivering. Drove to urgent care. They took me in and took about 30 minutes until I saw a doctor. Upset I'm sick on Christmas. I told them my symptoms. I got nose swobs, and they swobbed my throat. I am waiting for my results. Waited for another 30 minutes. The doctor came in, and the doctor was literally holding into the door as far as from me. Told me I tested positive for the covid... not even 5 minutes, i was told to leave. I'm really upset. They told me to leave, but I understand why, but. Before in those 5 minutes, he rambled about my pharmacy (cvs i go to) being closed and told me to go to a different "open one." (It's christmas... hours may vary...) Just gave me the name, no address. No, not only was I kicked out early, but they wouldn't give me at least a sticky note with the address. I drove and spent half an hour driving to 3 other wallgreens. All closed mind you! Fine! I'll get my prescription tomorrow. I went and called their urgent care number... and they wouldn't pick up. My head is bursting with anger. How I was treated as if I was some infected being?! (Which I mean I did get covid and understand their worries, but I feel if they really cared, they would of actually looked and saw if the pharmacies in the Wallgreens where open, because although each wallgreen was open! I was told the pharmacy was closed!) Unprofessional. I felt embarrassed, they where just laughing in the background. One of them yelled , "covid," and they all went quiet!! As if hundred of millions of people didn't already catch it! I believe that to be a neutral person, although I feel offended, I do understand why they told me to leave. Also, they actually told me in front of a full lobby of people I'm positive. Why are the good places so far away? I remember going to a different urgent care. Those people treated me as I was a human. Gave me advice when I first caught covid. They even asked me if you wanted a letter for my school stating i have covid and will be home for two weeks. Repeatedly told me that if my pharmacy I go to is open, checking in by calling them. The doctor even called them and said I tested positive for covid to expect me to have a drive-by and go through the drive threw. CVS ♥️ ILY You probably expected me to give a 1? Well, I've gone here a couple of times. When I was sick. This sort of thing never happened to me. So... moral! Would I recommend it? Yes, if it's the closest to you. But if you have like covid, dont... Also, stay away healthy by not drinking and washing your hands as much as possible every day. Try not to touch your face unless you are taking a shower and have washed your hands well.
On my first trip, I could not find a directory & consequently wandered up & down the corridors to find the office I needed. On my second trip there was a stand with maps of the various offices, so I found my way much more easily. For a newer building, I'm surprised it doesn't have a big directory at each entrance.
