We all know the treatments here are on the next level but It’s truly been such a pleasure coming here! Everyone from Nyakyung ,to Michelle have been so kind and helpful.. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, has great bedside care and educates you on the best approach for your skin. I feel so comfortable here, I laugh, I learn and overall leave feeling refreshed. My skin has improved tremendously and I look forward to my sessions here. I can’t recommend them enough!

I've been a customer at JC Center for 2+ years and have spent more than $10k on treatments here. The staff are kind (I especially appreciate Michelle and Amy who I work with and their service is 5-star), but their membership policy is a nightmare to deal with, especially if you have to do something like making a move for a job and away from the center. I don't know if my experience has been the decision of a sole manager. I wish Dr. Hong would make kinder decisions about how to treat their patients. I've now come to learn that membership has no benefits and is a huge catch, despite the 1) membership pricing, which looks lower (it's not) 2) if you have to move, they will not work with you to make sure you can spend the credits. I have an accumulated $2499 left on account that I now don't know if I will ever use. What you should do is simply wait for their sale, which is often half of the advertised prices. The real catch of the membership credit is that they will not let you use the credits to buy these packages. So you might get a 10% discount through membership prices after spending $5k, but see someone purchase a new package during sale for 50% off. This is the dumbest policy to drive loyal customers away. TL;DR - Never buy their membership. Wait for the sale and buy with cash for 50%.

The staff at Clear Laser Clinic were outstanding - friendly, caring, and highly professional. The doctor will consult with you and suggest what's the best treatment for you. It's my first time trying Genesis, and I absolutely love it! The Genesis treatment was remarkable. There was no pain. I had no marks after the procedure and was able to resume any social activities right away. The staff provided clear explanations of how the treatment works, giving me confidence in their abilities. The treatment lasts about 20 minutes, and they provide aftercare to calm the skin, which is really thoughtful. Additionally, they maintain a calm and clean environment, providing a pleasant experience. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional results. I love this clinic ! Dr. Amy is really nice and professional, my skin get much better after the treatment, especially the acne scars. All the staffs are nice and friendly, highly recommend. :-)
