I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for many years and have recently started with her Med Spa. I am very pleased with the results from my treatment. Dr. Shah takes the time to make sure she gets the results that the patient wants. I will continue to go to Dr. Shah for all my cosmetic needs for I know that what she provides to her patients, besides a wonderful bedside manner, truly makes a difference.

Dr. Shah always takes her time with me. She isn't one of those Dr.'s that runs in and out on you. I always understand what I need to do and why. She treats you like a person, not like a patient.

Called to make an appt. Felt like asking questions was inconveniencing them. So rude on the phone did not put me on hold they started talking about other patients/happenings while I was on the phone. Also their offers online. They will not honor. The doctor should consider getting employees with better people skills.
