My niece purchased a gift card for me to have a facial here for my birthday. I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter. First thing, we were coming from an hour and 15 minutes away. We got stuck in traffic and called to let them know that we were going to be late due to an unforeseen accident (I don't suggest being late for anything, however. I was afraid that we were going to lose one of out time slots. Well she took us both and I don't know what to say except this is the real deal. They are patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only do I trust this business with my skin but also my daughters. I am now scheduling an appointment for my close to 80 year old mother. Honestly, I saw an IMMEDIATE change in my skin. Forget botox and other things. Ask her what's best for you and she delivers. Also, because of the difference in my skin I trusted her when she suggested products. I usually don't buy the products but I did this time. Everything she said made sense and they aren't pushy!! Love this place and going back again and again. Thank you!!!!!

For a few years I’ve been on the hunt for a really good Medspa, and I was with this spa for a little while ( I believe the esthetician’s name is Luz, she is a mid aged woman, and I think she’s the manager, but you can tell that she is the most experienced at the spa because she’s great at what she do). However, my last few visits (maybe last 2-3) I wasn’t too pleased. There was a young lady who did my facial for the first time who needed some assistance because she is/was in training, I really didn’t mind at first, but once left alone with her the energy shifted. It seemed as though she was having a difficult time with my skin because she kept sighing, and it made me very uncomfortable. I’ve had a few hydra facials before, but that was the first time I was displeased with the service and result… fast forward to my last visit, I felt as though I was in the bed longer than I should have been, because It seemed as though Luz was juggling a lot by herself that day, and then to add on, the young lady at the front desk made it seem like I was lying when I told her I was promised added credits to my treatment because i originally booked a previous service incorrectly…. Overall my experience apart from the last few were great. - Luz is a very sweet and gentle woman, she’s is very knowledgeable and is very patient and professional. The Spa is clean, quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing.

It was my first time getting a hydra facial, and I was impressed with how meticulous Luz was. My skin felt hydrated. It was a relaxing experience.

I received the microneedling treatment from Luz and I already see such an amazing results! I highly recommend her for this treatment. She is very patient, detail oriented, and always making sure I am comfortable. She recommends good care and products specialized for my skin.
