Due to the pouring rain, I had to drive slow today. I arrived 30 minutes late. This was my 1st time using her services as she approached me 1 month ago and I declined; but today I thought I would give her a chance, BIG MISTAKE! Upon arrival, her pedicure chair is SEVERELY RIPPED, so she put a white fur rug to cover! Then a fellow coworker comes into this LITTLE SPACE speaking Spanish to Blanca & I the entire time where I am TRYING to relax. Blanca is twisting and turning my FEET & ANKLES; while giving instructions: I asked did she have the color FUNNY BUNNY - the #1 white nail polish. She only have it for GEL - not regular. Upon completing the INCOMPLETE PEDICURE where I had to ask for the purple scraper as she FORGOT (I paid for Callous remover); there was 30 minutes left! She then tells me; I cannot do your manicure!! What? If that was the case, as I sent her the text requesting Gel Manicure, Regular Pedicure with Callous remover; then I would have gone to my CONSISTENT Nail Salon where I pay $100 for all services. She asked for $35 for the pedicure - I asked for a RECEIPT and she said NO, It's CASH! I said "yes, it's cash, so I need a receipt of credit card, then I would not need a receipt because the transaction is documented. She said NO and started to clean up for the next customer which was a MAN! No wonder she rushed me out of the chair! 5 Star Review from 1 Customer- I think NOT! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Phoenix Salon should remove her from their suite; what a RIP OFF! People Lie - Number & Pictures Don't! People don't want the truth of their experience being exposed. See attached photos! Left same review on GOOGLE! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Pure waste of my money! BLANCA NAIL & BEAUTY SPA, LLC - 2nd floor suite 123 See attach video and photos I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER - this is what I get for being CHEAP! You get what you pay for! $35 cheap service. You can WELL BELIEVE I will never HIRE her again! I'm going back to paying $100 for a REAL SPA which smells like lavender, real pedicure chairs, clean basins and pedicure which is relaxing!

This place is awesome! They let you design your studio how ever you want, The environment here has been nothing but friendly. This was definitely a great decision! Donavan and staff are on point with your needs. Highly recommend this place.

Strategic location for clients from everywhere. The best place for professionals to have their own business. I have an office here and I love it. My clients also love coming here to get their Botox and fillers done by me, then they would get their nails and hair done next door. It’s a convenient place where you can get all of your beauty needs. The owner is also super nice. The cleaning staff are always doing their job. The place smells clean all the time

I drove an hour and half from NY to Jersey just for Alia in suit 103 to tell me she doesn’t have the products to get the procedure done. Mind you, I texted her prior and let her know what I was coming for the booster injection done. Very unprofessional! As I’m talking to her in front of another lady the lady tells her that she got the injection done and didn’t see a difference, to which she replies “ your face didn’t need it that’s why you didn’t see the difference”. Thank god I didn’t get anything done with her. I’ll go somewhere else where I’ll get my money’s worth.
