ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Asymmetry. Failed fat transfer TWICE. Botched donor sites. Did a devastating procedure I didn't ask for. No longer look anything like I used to which is traumatic. Messed up my mother as well. Thousands later...we were better off before.Go to someone who knows what they're doing.
Dr. Ramesh, Erin and everyone else in this office are wonderful. Every appointment and phone call was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Ramesh is an outstanding and innovative surgeon who is dedicated to moving the field of oculofacial plastic surgery forward through top-notch patient care and cutting-edge clinical research. You’re in great hands!
Met with the doctor and he was so real. Honest, and was straight up with what mom needed and did not need for her issue. So kind, caring and listened to what my mom had to say. I highly recommend him. Lk
my daughter had surgery with Dr Ramesh in the hospital following a facial trauma. I didn’t get to speak to or meet Dr Ramesh prior to the surgery and after the surgery I had to beg the nurses to have him call me with an update from the procedure. When he called he was curt and rushed me off the phone, all he said was “she will be fine”. when i asked for further explanation he stated “nothing was affected, she will be fine”. This was an eye and forehead injury that we had no idea prior to surgery what the outcome would be. I felt very dismissed. When making the follow up appointment i was told that Dr Ramesh would discuss what he was planning to do and tell my daughter what he was doing before he did anything. He came into the room, didn’t introduce himself, I only knew it was him because I read the name on his scrubs. He immediately began ripping the large bandage from her face and then wiping the stitched areas roughly with gauze. He starting cutting at the stitches and she was crying and yelling in pain. I asked him to please tell her what he was doing and to slow down and he disregarded my requests. As he continued to wipe the area aggressively he was visibly annoyed at her response. She turned white as a ghost and was sweating profusely, she said she was going to pass out and he didn’t stop. She then said she was going to throw up and I told him he had to stop and give her a minute. I asked him if he could lay the bed back a bit and he abruptly lowered the head rest with no regard for the fact that she was wearing a neck brace. He was clearly annoyed when i asked for something for her to vomit in and he casually walked out of the room. She vomited on the floor before he returned with a huge garbage bag and while she continued to throw up he started talking about wound care as if nothing was going on. I requested someone come sit with her so i could speak to him privately and this seemed like a major inconvenience for him. We went into the hallway and I told him that i was disappointed the night of the surgery with his phone call but had hoped the appointment would have gone better. He said “I don’t know what you want from me”. As the conversation went on and I was asking for some clarification about the surgery/injuries, he told me “it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter where the stitches are or where the lacerations were, what matters is she is fixed and will be fine”. No matter what i said, his response was “none of this matters, what matters is that she is fixed and will be fine”. I told him “IT DOES MATTER! IT MATTERS TO HER AND IT MATTERS TO ME”. I walked away back to my daughter and we left without making a 6 week follow up appointment. I will never return to his office and would refuse care by him in the future. He is arrogant and has a God complex. Steer clear of Dr Ramesh unless you like being made to feel like your insignificant and being degraded doesn’t bother you. SMH!!!!
