Zachary Borab, M.D. Plastic Surgery

I cannot recommend Dr. Borab enough. I had a previous rhinoplasty in 2007. Then, in 2021, my young son ran into me full blast and accidentally broke my nose (while I was pregnant with my third child). Nothing could be done to fix it since I was pregnant. My breathing and the shape of my nose didn’t heal nicely at all. I have been so self conscious about it until now. In August, I visited the office of the doc who did my first rhinoplasty, and I scheduled the revision surgery. However, I wasn’t convinced I was making the right decision. Shortly after I saw an email from Dr Nagy’s office (who had removed a lipoma for me in March). I saw that Dr Borab had joined the practice. When I was there for the lipoma I had asked one of the awesome PAs for advice on who to go to. She mentioned that the office might be getting a really great doctor who would be THE DOC to go to for a complicated rhinoplasty. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the email. I immediately booked a consultation. I brought my nurse mom with me. From the second Dr Borab walked in and started reviewing the procedure with me - I knew he’d have to do the surgery! He has a reassuring confidence absent of the usual cockiness you get from some surgeons that put me immediately at ease. He was realistic with me about how complicated the procedure is since repeat rhinoplasties are one of the trickiest surgeries. However, with his extensive training and experience specifically with repeat rhinoplasty cases - I knew he was the one for the job! My mom and I both left elated and very hopeful. Afterwards, I (of course) did my due diligence to confirm what I felt in the office. I researched Dr Borab more and his training/work is extremely impressive. He did his fellowship at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute under Dr Rod Rohrich (look him up!). He is not only the top rhinoplasty doc/innovator in the country - but he is world renowned. I knew Dr Borab was trained in the best techniques and the latest in revision rhinoplasty. Dr Borab even personally called me a few times when I had questions. He was patient, thorough and reassuring. From consultation to preop to the day of and the aftercare - he has been beyond attentive. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I’m only 10 days post op! The results have already far exceeded my expectations (and so has Dr Borab’s care!). My nose looks amazing AND I can breathe again!!!! If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon who is at the top of his field AND has care and compassion - look no further. I cannot recommend Dr Borab enough. I am also happy to talk to anyone considering a surgery with him - that’s how happy I am with the results. I am forever thankful…!

Dr B is extremely knowledgeable and talented . He’s a true artist with extraordinary attention to detail. I had a combination of procedures done at one time after an extreme weight loss (ETT , BR/BL). I was tentative at first due to my age (over 60), but Dr B put me at ease and his caring bedside manner extended way beyond surgery day. I’m still so happy with my results, almost a year post-op now and my body is still kickin’ for a grandma 🤣

I had a great experience with Dr Borab and his staff. I had a cyst on my back that was close to a tattoo. Dr Borab carefully removed the cyst to preserve my tattoo. The procedure was painless; the sutures were tight! I am very happy with my doctor selection.
