Unprofessional as hell. Took my deposit for 55$ and never gave me an appointment or a refund for the 55$ had to contact my bank to get it back. Even called and left a message NICELY to reschedule since they were not open at the time GIVEN on their website

Kate is the BEST! I’ve been coming to her for years for my facials/treatments. She is incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat different skin types (I’m acne prone with acne scarring + also fine lines now) and will make suggestions to ensure you’re continually happy with the results. I always leave my appointments looking and feeling AMAZING! I started coming to Deep Sea when she changed spas a while back, and I love it. The spa is clean + cozy, and has all the treatment options I love… way more result driven options than the previous spas I’ve been to. If you’re on the fence… make an appointment with Kate!
