11/10 BEAUTIFUL MEDSPA & PHENOMENAL STAFF. This was my first time at OVME - Marlton. Dr. Patel is SO kind, thorough, and explained everything to me and even went above and beyond and addressed other concerns that I didn’t even schedule my appointment for. She made suggestions based on actually caring about my appearance and wanting to help me. The staff was so kind as well and made me feel super comfortable. I ended up getting lip injections and Dr. Patel was amazing!!!! These are the best my lips ever looked and she took her time to make sure they were perfectly even and injected properly. They left me with so many instructions, an ice pack, and a whole treatment plan for the other concerns I had. Before leaving, they even provided me with a free gift from the manager which was BEYOND kind and generous. My lips did not even swell up as bad as they usually do when I get my lips done and I am SO happy with the results already. I highly recommend this place and I will not be going anywhere else! Cannot wait to come back for my chemical peel so I can take care of myself and my skin!! 🫶🏻🩷 do not hesitate just book your appointment!!!

Purvi is kind, patient, and BEYOND knowledgeable. She is honest with her review of what is best for you and goes about your treatment in a conservative manner while still getting you the results you want! The staff constantly woks with you from treatments to scheduling appointments, the office is also adorable which makes spending your time there even more enjoyable.

A month ago I had my botox with Purvi. I appreciated that she took her time to overview my skin and explain what I need. We had a disagreement on the amount of units that she suggested, as I've been having my botox several years now in other places and never go over 22-24 units while she insisted that I would needed 42 units. It took me long to explain her why I don't agree with her suggestion and that I'm always satisfied with 22-24 units. Finally to finish this bargain about the amount, I even said that if I need more I'll come back. She then turned to me and firmly said that I would need to pay extra in that case. That was very insulting to me, like all that time that I was trying to explain my reasons, it was all about saving money. Finally after all this bargain she very strongly confirmed that she wouldn't do anything less that 32-34. And I agreed to that, with a fear of trust. 2 weeks after everything looked nice and smooth except some numbness over my brows not anything major to mention though. Third week my eye lids very heavy. Sometimes during the day I had headaches from trying to lift my eyelids, just to keep them up. I requested an apptm for follow up fourth week and Purvi said it seems like it was too much on center of my forehead. Really? Maybe you should listen more to your client I say I'm not sure if I would go back

I can't say enough great things about OVME! I've been getting facials with Isabella for the past 2 years and my skin looks and feels amazing! The injectors are also wonderful and very knowledgeable, I've never left the office with a single regret of the treatment that I've had. Self care is so important to me and I wouldn't trust my skincare needs to anyone else! 5 stars just isn't enough!

I have had Botox and now lip filler by Purvi. She is so nice and patient with you. Explains everything in great detail. For me, I was so nervous because I didn’t want anything to look unnatural. Purvi took the time to listen to my vision, she explained her approach, and the results always came out exactly how we planned. Highly recommend
