Reflections Center for Cosmetic Medicine

I wasnt going to write a review on this incident but I have decided to do so after receiving this email. So, I decided to book a consultation for an upper bleph. I called Reflections Spa, I was given an appointment, I was told I needed to provide a credit card to hold my appointment but my card would not be charged, the receptionist volunteered that information I didnt have to ask. I was then told I would have to fill out some information online and thats all that was needed before the appointment. Fast forward, two days before my appointment my card recieve a charge for 150 dollars from some random plastic surgeons office I have never heard of. I did some research and the doctor I was seeing in a few days worked at this office. So, I call Reflections, speak with the receptionist who says the doctor essentially moonlights at Reflections from his practice and that his office was supposed to call me and tell me that and about the 150 consultation fee. Well safe to say no one called from Dr. Foderos office. The receptionists then said I would have to call Dr. Foderos office to resolve this issue because Reflections has nothing to do with it. I firmly believe it waa Reflections responsibility to be me about the consultation fee especially when there website says “free consultations”.So, I thought about keeping the appointment l but overall decided not to keep the appointment and I was given a refund. Mind you I left messages at both offices explaining the situation, I was not angry or aggressive at all. Then this morning I have an email from Dignory, totally gaslighting the whole situation and just being unprofessional. I attached a picture of the email. So, in my opinion I would get services elsewhere, there are plenty of other amazing doctors in the office that are upfront with costs and fees and also who wont gaslight you when they are in the wrong.

Such a wonderful, professional & highly skilled staff at Reflections. Allison Pine (Patient Coordinator) is awesome. She immediately makes you feel that you are in good hands. Dr. Chasin & Dr. Johnson both fully explained the procedures and are top notch. Highly recommend!

I feel SO lucky to live close to Reflections because this place truly has the most talented and kind doctors. I 100% know that I am in great hands with Dr. Johnson and I couldn't recommend her enough to everyone I know!! She is extremely knowledgeable and has the eye of an artist creating the best tailored results for each individual. She has fixed previous work I've have done at another clinic and is now also doing my laser hair removal. Reflections offers lots of different services to fit your individual needs. I fully recommend Reflections and Dr. Johnson!!

Dr. chasin is amazing. I had so much anxiety going in. I wasnt feeling good about myself. He is honest and does what is best. He never pressures and just gives the best options. He also made me feel wonderful in my own beauty from the very beginning. I highly recommend him

I was excited to attend my consultation for a noninvasive service, but ultimately decided to forgo booking the service after two less than positive interactions with the consultant, Lisa Baumann. It seems Lisa does not deal with her mistakes well. In my interactions with her she came off as unprofessional, and rather combative. Here is the context to one of the aforementioned cases: I was given a quote from Lisa, but was caught off guard when I went to pay against the quote. The price I was asked to pay was double the price on the quote. When I called to discuss with Lisa she stated that she indeed gave the correct price on the quote and that she "has been doing this for many years", but that "sometimes the "printer" runs out of ink and makes mistakes". I've attached a photo of the quote I was given for reference. The day that printers just randomly decide to print 2s as 1s, we are all in trouble! but until that day, clearly there was a mistake made, and that is ok. Just be honest about the mistake and don't make up horribly silly excuses for them. The office is lovely and everything went well outside of the two interactions with Lisa.
