The office is very well run. The wait is never long even though busy. The nurses are excellent, very professional and caring. They really do their job well, you have confidence in them .My doctor, Dr. Baum is excellent. I have great confidence in him, he has years of experience, and I know I’m in the best of hands. He puts you at ease. And he’s really a nice guy. I highly recommend him.

This office was very accommodating to my husband who got badly lost when trying to.locate their office. The staff was very comforting to him and managed to still get him in the same day. He was very impressed with both the staff and Dr. Baum after being extremely stressed about going in the first place. He came home relaxed and confident with the Doctors help and information.

I walked into this office in pain and completely anxious about my condition. I walked out completely relieved and assured that everything would be okay. The entire staff is patient, welcoming, and at the top of their game. Dr. Baum is clearly an expert in his field, this was one of the best experiences with a physician I ever had. He is patient, empathetic, knowledgeable, and has decades of experience. He expertly walked me through very delicate and sensitive issues and explained my situation to me in an accessible and comforting way. I felt totally in the care of a dedicated professional. I will never go to another urologist as long he is still in practice, this man and his team are the best.

I’ve been going to Urology Group PA over 35 years seeing Dr Baum. They are efficient and get testing results back to me quickly. Dr Baum is excellent and very helpful! Thank you for keeping me healthy!

No referral and took a shot of scheduling an initial visit. Had an appointment booked the next day and not weeks or months. The office staff is extremely pleasant to deal with and my first visit I met Dr. Baum but had my thorough examination with was with Alyssa Fitzsimmons who conducted my examination. Alyssa, is truly a professional and positively outstanding as she explained everything and answered any questions that I raised in to “down to earth responses”. Their in-house lab provided almost immediate results rather than the typical BS of other medical groups that if they can’t do their own test, send you to a lab and then you need to wait for results. I’ll be back to see Alyssa in a few weeks for the follow up visit she requested and just may provide another post. This is now my “go to” urology group in NJ/NY. I understand why they received so many positive reviews!
